Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • It’s returned in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Digital products (if sold)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse


3. How to Request a Return

Email us at velocityshiftpets@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

  • Reason for the return

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with return instructions.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We’ll notify you by email

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
    (Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank or payment provider

  • Then contact us if it's been more than 10 business days


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us if you'd like an exchange.
