We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused and in original condition
It’s returned in its original packaging
You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We do not accept returns on:
Digital products (if sold)
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Items damaged due to misuse
Email us at velocityshiftpets@gmail.com with:
Your order number
Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
Reason for the return
We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We’ll notify you by email
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
(Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect)
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you haven’t received a refund:
First, check your bank or payment provider
Then contact us if it's been more than 10 business days
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us if you'd like an exchange.
